And with this drawing we end my end of the year update with my made up characters. I wanted this girl to have an italian-like name, and Isabella Bianchi was what I thought. Eventhough the surname was suggested by an italian guy I worked with in Nintendo. And I really like how it sounds.
This one looks pretty good, but once again her butt doesn't look too good. And her right wrist is almost grotesque. Her feet should be a little bigger too, I think.
Anyway I think I managed to make her look cute. Her shoert light brown hair (though here looks more like carrot color or something. Damn scanner!) and her blue eyes give her a rather innocent look that I like.
Maybe I give her a too "nowdays" look, considering that the story I have thought for her and the other characters are sci-fi. But once again I have my reasons.
She doesn't have a glowing weapon... here. But anyway her true "weapon" is her computer (yeah, I know it sounds weird, specially considering how she looks) That laptop she has almost looks like an Apple iBook, but that's not it. But you can imagine that if you like.
Her costumes are completely improvised. I put them as I was drawing. It looks nice, but not sci-fi. Geez, it looks like some casual modern girl! So I will have to revise her design again in the future.
But the drawing looks nice, so I wanted to put it here anyway.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
